Everything went smoothly in regards to signing a lease to moving out. The leasing office was very accessible and responsive. I've had the pleasure of working mostly with Katelyn, Chris and perhaps once with Salena. They're all very friendly and efficient!
The building is nice, they have great renovations coming up but if you prefer a peaceful move out then please stay away. They charge for ridiculous things, i have moved 3 apartments so far and none of them remotely had the charges they did. They charge for EVERYTHING and as for the garage door, thats just broken all the time and we’ve had cars broken into here because of that. Just for reference i got a 1200$ move out charge on top of a 350 security deposit, and this is for a wooden floor apartment with no carpet replacement... read more
