I lived here for two years and really enjoyed it. The office people change out frequently, but everything is nicely maintained (except the package room can be a mess sometimes). But overall I never had a problem here and felt really safe. It is a little expensive but you definitely get what you pay for.
This is my second apartment that I have chose in Omaha, and it is by far the best one. I plan on staying at this complex while finishing up school.
I’ve been a tenant at the Triangle apartments Since Thanksgiving of 2024 and it has been nothing but terrific! By far the best place I’ve ever rented from. The landlord, Brianna is amazing and always looking out for you. They allow fur babies and also have a coffee machine! Honestly not to sound corny but living here feels like a dream. I would recommend this complex to anyone who asks! 💜💜
The office folks are amazing! They are friendly and helpful when problems arise. Service requests are responded to within a reasonable time!
Moved into Triangle in August - I've had the best experience and time here. Business office and Maintenance have been so helpful and kind, always assisting with whatever questions or needs we have. The complex is clean and up to date. They're always doing fun monthly gift baskets or pet of the month to get the residents involved. Would definitely recommend.
