In my experience, The Tremont does not provide the luxury apartment experience it advertises. I have had multiple packages stolen from the building's lobby. When asked, management places the responsibility on the delivery drivers, even though the packages were stolen from inside the building. Even more concerning than stolen packages is the fact that criminals were regularly entering the building, posing a serious safety risk. I'm a resident living here and I have the highest satisfaction with this apartment. This apartment is clean, spacious and very soundproof. Especially, the management staff, Russell, is very fantastic! He helps whenever we need help and communicates very well. It also has geographical advantages that are very close to green lines, red lines, buses, and grocery stores.
Me and my roommate moved into the apartment in August this year. So far, we are enjoying our new home here. The location in great, the apartment is very clean, sturdy, and barely has any issues. Also love the management group, especially Russell helped us a lot with many questions and problems.
