I would not recommend working with Amy unless you want to do all the research yourself. She told us a property had just been on the market 10 days and we needed to hurry and make an offer for close to list price. I did my own research and found it had been on the market for over 100 days with 100k of price reductions during that time. When asked about it, she wouldn’t even admit the mistake and claimed she knew this information, yet didn’t inform us of these facts.
