I just had two 25 ft Washingtonian Palms removed and replaced with new Foxtail Palms, and Kyle, Tito, and Charles did an amazing job. They showed up on time, respected my neighbours property and space (even directed them safely around their equipment), and cleaned up the job site like they were never there. I can’t say enough positive things about The Tree Planters! It was an excellent experience from the first phone call to them until we waved goodbye to the crew! MacKenzie helped us choose trees via an exchange of pictures and gave us advice on trees that would thrive in our location. The crew of Tito, Charles and Kyle were top notch! Great company! The owner, Joel, came to my house and helped me pick the best spot for the tree and the shade that I would be getting from it. The office manager and tree expert -Mackenzie - is a breath of fresh air!! She has the professional experience, knowledge, and willingness to work with new clients. Chris and Tito did my install, centered it perfectly, staked it for stability, cleaned up, and were gone in about an hours time! If you need a tree and don’t know where to start, contact this company - you won’t regret it!
The Tree Planters, especially Mackenzie and James, did a great job planting a street tree for me. About 10 months ago, I bought an expensive tree from a competitor because they were cheaper, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. They planted it too low, didn’t stake it, and told me to water it constantly even though it wasn’t the kind of tree that liked a lot of water. James, Charles, Lyle and MacKenzie are awesome. We had a big Bismark palm removed from our front yard. From our initial contact through removal today, the entire team was totally professional, fast and willing to go above and beyond to provide quality service. Pricing was fair, arrival was on time and the team did everything promised. I highly recommend The Tree Planters.
