They did not complete the tree work as quoted. I had to hire another tree service to complete the tree work. I am not longer going to use their tree sevice.
I requested Emerald Ash Borer treatment for one tree. 1) Mr. R**** is NOT a Cretified Arborist. 2) Mr. R**** could not tell me what chemical he was going to inject and had outdated info concerning the proper dosage of chemical. 3) Mr. R**** did NOT follow the proper procedures, according to 2 Certified Arborists and the Manufacturer's website. 4) Mr. R**** injected a LARGE amount of air into the tree's vascular system, potentially damaging the tree and/or impeding the spread of the insecticide.
A great company the crew was fast and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
