We had a major branch come down from a huge - probably 150-200 years old Linden tree. They were super responsive and thoroughly tidy. We got them back several days later because unfortunately the tree was leaning towards the house and a hazard. After getting approval from the city, we didn't hesitate to get them back. In my mind it was complex removing such a large tree, but they did it safely and professionally. Very courteous. We highly recommend them.
These fellows were quick to respond, efficient and reasonably priced. I was happy to see that they knew what they were doing and had all sorts of knowledge about the type of tree I had and the best course of action to trim it after all the rain and hot temperatures this summer. I will use them again.
Took the money up front. Left the root systems and huge tree pieces behind, saying he would come back but after many calls and emails, he never came back. Sloppy job left for my 66 year old mother to clean up on her own. NEVER HIRE THIS MAN!
