I have used other tree service companies in the past and none of them can compare to The Tree and Stump Pros. Mr. ******Venezio is very professional, polite and full of integrity. Due to the Spring Noreasters' and massive fallen trees he was very busy and unable to come to my home during the alloted time. He followed up with a phone call and when I said I was still interested in receiving a quote from him, he demonstrated his appreciation in the estimate. I wanted to remove a tree that is right on the edge of my property line that was of concern to my next door neighbor. Since wires from the pole to both of our homes were involved I was a bit worried. Marty (owner) communicated clearly during the quotation process and his pricing methods were very transparent. Other companies I spoke with were not only more expensive, but also made the total cost very nebulous and hard to calculate. A local competitor (incorrectly) told me a large American Ash needed to be cut down, while The Tree & Stump Pros recommended it only be pruned for safety. They explained their reasoning and backed it up with information regarding the particular species of tree. This obviously lost them a bit ... read more
I would recommend the Tree and Stump Pros to anyone. They were responsive, showed up on time, and cleaned everything up when the job was done.
