John and Tree Amigos helped secure our back yard after our hackberry tree was knocked down onto our garage, electrical service drop, and ash tree by a recent storm. They took great care to remove the hackberry without causing any damage to our garage, service drop, and ash tree. John also gave us his professional assessment of our ash, which had large, high, dead branches, and we asked him to secure our ash as well. This company was very rude and unprofessional to my coworker/friend. I used the company once for a small job and recommended them to her. On the day that tree amigos was going to look at her tree for service, they did not even have the professional courtesy to ring the doorbell or knock on the door to notify her of their arrival and then they subsequently left and communicated that they do not ring doorbells or knock on doors! John snd team were fantastic! Reasonably priced, great eye for keeping the beauty of the trees, complete debris removal.
I have been very happy with both experiences I have had with Trees Amigos. John and everyone on the job were very careful with everything in all 3 properties involved with trimming my tree. They were all pleasant to work with.
