Im not one to usually leave reviews but I couldn’t help it this time. How rude natalie was, i tried booking an appointment yesterday where she just straight up said “no booked out” and then proceeded to hang up. This morning she called me so I called back and she said “didn’t mean to call you” i said “okay all good thanks bye” she then hangs up again. No apology, no bye have a good day just straight up rude and unprofessional.
