Five stars for the facility and class itself: staff was very friendly, everything clean and tidy, class well-run and clear on what to do. One star for scheduling: there were 11 people in my class for the 11 treadmills, but there are only 10 pilates stations, so I was stuck doing my own thing with dumbbells because they overbooked. Love this workout!! The treadbarre location in UP is weirdly dark and carpeted... I think that could definitely be updated for a better and more enjoyable workout environment. However, to purely rate the workout, I love this place. Everyone is very nice, the pricing is reasonable, and the studios are clean!

Wanted to like this place and give another chance, but for reasons unknown they don't want to take any suggestions or make improvements. 1. They have carpet. What gyms that you try and build up a sweat have carpet. 2. No water fountains. Again, you are running and get thirsty. No water except something you have to buy? 3. Inflexible scheduling. When you have capacity for extra clients, but you choose not to allow them in for whatever your reasons, they probably won't stay clients.
