The team at the Trax are phenomenal. My short stay there was very pleasant. They are very quick to respond, and address any issues. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to move in. A big sincere shoutout to Ada, and Stacey for making my stay truly amazing!
This is a maintenance review, Nick is a fantastic guy who used outside the box thinking to solve a water issue in our shower and was not satisfied until he found a solution. Displaying top notch understanding of his job and I could not be more pleased with his service. Nick man you’re a real one and I wish you all the best in life, thankful to have people like you in this world!!
Amanda was super respectful on the phone and nick from maintenance was really helpful helping me move my stuff.
Amanda, the manager, made the move-in process smooth, and Nick, the maintenance worker, is hard-working and efficient. Overall, I'm happy to call this place my home.
I rented out a studio apartment with my boyfriend we loved it our unit checked off all the boxes, large balcony, ensuite laundry, a functional layout, big bathroom and full sized kitchen are all great features rare to find with a studio. Not to mention a kitchen island The location is also amazing and super convenient, and being a few blocks off of whyte ave you don’t get all the noise but you still get all the restaurants, shops and bars you could want within walking distance.
