I lived here for 2 years Ada to landlady was awesome. Prompt any service or question. She is very helpful and kind and compassionate. And helped me in my time of need. I'm forever thankful to her.Whoever gets ada as a landlady is lucky. This building was amazing to live in very quiet and clean and well taken care of. The cleaning lady is amazing as well.So nice. My life changed.That's why I left.Otherwise, I would have stayed here for years to come.I recommend this for everyone

I have now been here 2 years .. started a little rough..since the new manager Ada came here things are improving... every issue I have had is addressed immediately which I appreciate very much ..not like the last manager.. ..the other manager couldn't be bothered.. needless to say when I heard she was leaving..I was very happy ..The Trax is now my home since I sold my house...we now have a little library and vending machine..nice touches.. I'm am staying another year ..
I've only been here for about 1 month but I already can tell it's a great place to call home. High end building, great neighborhood and the best part is the management, they always looking for your best interest and if you need anything done Nick will be sure to get fixed.
A delight to live at the Trax. Great community and the Trax team is top notch! All the cute dogs I get to see in the elevator is also an added bonus :)
