My family recently booked a trip through the owner of The Travel Store. Our biggest surprise was the way that we were treated by the owner. We inquired about specific details that would effect our trip, and her reactions were odd. When speaking in person she was rude, and emails were patronizing. This was not what we expected from a professional business owner.
