Trying to reach a real person in this place has been a nightmare. I tried calling multiple times only for the line to drop. Not a good way to start off a relationship, so I will take my business elsewhere.
First two times using this agency were pretty seamless, there were a couple hiccups with booking, but overall, nothing major. Third time we reached out we didn't hear back for awhile, then received an email the agent had been away for a family emergency, but was now back in office. Which was completely understandable! But when we reached out again a week later to book a trip, we never heard back. No response since. We've since moved onto a different agency.
