The Trauma & Anxiety Center has changed my life. Danelle took the time to learn about me and my life and any issues I was dealing with before designing a program for my anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Danelle addressed each of my issues individually, providing me with a set of tools that I could apply to my every day life. I am in a much happier place. I am so glad I decided to seek help and eternally grateful I found Danelle.
Dr. Hollenbeck helped me work through so many things in therapy from trauma, trauma bonding and the associations around it. I gained an inner clarity thanks to her and her help with overcoming so many negative beliefs.
