I’ve really been enjoying my experiences at The Trauma & Anxiety Center of Tampa Bay, especially with the Biosound therapy. I love that the sessions can be customized depending on what I’m dealing with that day. Whether I’m feeling anxious, stressed, or just dealing with other emotional stressors, I feel like the Biosound helps me feel better almost immediately. Danelle is the best! She is so skilled, caring, and empathic. The biosound is the best and reduced my physiological symptoms while we worked on becoming secure attachment. I feel so much better and am grateful for her patience.
Dr. Hollenbeck helped me in many ways to overcome trauma from a past relationship which was toxic and caused a lot of damage to my self esteem. If you need trauma work, this is the place to go.
As a therapist you should know and understand that trying to get the last word in is considered a sign of emotional immaturity, insecurity, or a need for control, rather than productive communication.
