I first joined the transformation station back in November and right from the first day I felt so welcomed. This was my first time walking into a gym and feeling no judgement, no pressure, and a part of a community not just a number. Thank you for making fitness fun again 🫶
I returned to The Transformation Station this morning after an absence due to a knee injury. Everyone was so welcoming! Annie was coaching. She checked in with me and was extremely accommodating offering many alternatives to exercises that may have irritated my knee. I was able to comfortably do what I was able in the class and alter what I felt was necessary. I am so happy to be back.
