Great workout that really pushed me beyond what I expected. Christina always makes the workout fun and energetic no matter how tough the exercises get. She keeps the energy high with motivating cues and is constantly moving around the room, encouraging everyone to keep going. The combination of her energy and the workout’s at The Transformation Station is what keeps me coming back.
Christina knows how to get you energized before the beginning of every workout by starting with upbeat stretches and motivating words that instantly lift your mood.
