Tina is a fantastic coach for our Cardio Kick/Boxing class. She guides us through all the sets quickly, keeps the work out moving and offers alternatives to exercises if needed. Always encouraging and gives the group a great work out.
Christina brings the energy every single day! Her motivational quotes keep me focused and her excitement for us when we step outside of our comfort zone is what keeps me coming every morning for the 7am class. Thank you Christina 🥰
This gym is the best! After moving to Barrie almost 4 years ago, I had been unable to find a gym that felt like "home". I found the Transformation Station a few months ago, and knew when I walked in that this was the place! Kim is a great coach, makes you feel comfortable, and is happy to answer any questions you might have. The Butts & Guts class is my favourite and Kim always helps me to challenge myself by suggesting ways that I can safely add weight to each exercise.
I love cardio kickboxing with Maya every Thursday! Maya always brings a cheerful positive vibe to every workout, she’s encouraging and fun to be around 😊
