Ive been a pt with this clinic since it opened. My hormones, vitamin levels, and most of all, my thyroid levels were all out of whack, but they were able to get them regulated properly. The nurses and staff are super-helpful and kind. Theres a reason theyve been voted best weight loss clinic of the year in ******* so often! Thank you, Wellness MD!!

These guys are incredible! I had struggled for years to get to the bottom of my health issues. They actually listened and helped me get back to normal. Very professional staff. ****** recommend!

I paid hundreds of dollars for a weight loss plan that included 14 lipo b12 injections, lab work as well as counseling. After lab work was completed, it was determined that my b12 level is more than twice the level for my age. I requested a refund for the 14 injections and was told I couldn't get a refund for them. A reputable business concerned about their clients would have honored my reasonable request. I suppose my next step will have to be to seek legal advice. I have both attorneys and medical doctors in my family.

This place has been a life saver! The hormone replacement program is wonderful and I have referred many friends! They are very kind and helpful with any and all questions and / or problems I may have had. I would recommend Wellness MD to anyone that may need help balancing out their hormones!

The staff at the Transformation Doctor are amazing. Allison has helped me balance my hormones, leaving me feeling better than ever. So good, I decided to try Fun Sculpting to help me with the little spots that diet and exercise could not fix. I am thrilled with the results. I have had nothing but positive results at The Transformation Doctor. I have been a client there for over 4 years. My initial journey with them was for weight loss. Following their IP Weight Loss Program addressed my access 20 lbs. that I could not lose and I have kept this weight off the past 4 years eating healthy foods. I'm in my mid forties and had the Fun-sculpting procedure done on my lower abdomen and love handles in fall 2019. I am Very happy and pleased with my results.
