I've only been a part of this challenge for two weeks now but I already see a difference not only on the scale and physically but I have more energy, less stressed, and in a better mood. This is definitely the best program I have ever participated in and everyone a part of it is so supportive and helpful!

I was looking to "only" drop 20 pounds, which you would think would have been easy without The Camp since I was already going to the gym 5 days per week. Eating relatively healthy and exercising was NOT doing the job, so I decided to take the plunge and joined the September 2015 Challenge in Corona. The Camp changed my life. I saw the advertisement on Facebook and wondered what was the catch. There was no catch. The fact that this program teaches clean eating and pairs with great training is what made me sign up. I had tried so many other diets and was unsuccessful but this one was so different because I soon realized this wasn't a diet, but a lifestyle change. I dropped 22.7 lbs my first challenge. I have 3 friends who did the challenge at 3 different locations and all 3 had success so I decided to join. I am now in my 3rd week, down 10.9 pounds (which I had been trying to lose for the past year), and happy that I am eating clean and working out consistently 5 times a week. All the trainers are super nice and knowledgable and all are able to modify some of my exercises due to my herniated disc/back problems. The front office staff is super nice too. I highly recommend The Camp Transformation Center!!

The Camp is incredible!! I have never worked out in such a unique supportive environment. The trainers really know how to push and motivate you. It really does feel like a family. Once you start working out there, you won't want to stop. The meal plan is tough, but it works!! Such a great place to become a better healthier you!!

30.1 lbs lighter in only 8 weeks.....yes I am!!!!! The Camp Transformation Center has helped me achieve this and, by the end of my 2nd challenge, I will have lost over 40lbs. I could have never accomplished this in a typical gym. Here at the camp, they hold you accountable but most of all, the give you the tools to succeed. If you're ready to make the commitment to change your life, the camp is ready to help!! STAY FIT DON'T QUIT

In the 11 months since I joined the Camp my life has completely transformed. I successfully completed two challenges and lost 41.1 pounds and more important gained my life back. I've met life long friends, who've inspired me to run in 2 10k's and my first half marathon. The Camp has shown me that I'm capable of doing more than I ever thought possible.

The Camp has brought the excitement of working out back into my life, I look forward to showing up and working out with a group of people from all different fitness levels. I really enjoy the modified workout options, I use them only when I have to but it's wonderful knowing that the trainers keep in my mind all the different ways to perform a great workout and achieve maximized results!!!!
