I have tried for 3 weeks to get someone to call me about my account. What I was billed was not what as contracted. Then my account was closed afyer just paying for a new month and I was denied access to the workout. I have still not received a phone call despite 6 emails asking for one

I came to TTC because I needed something that provided clear guidelines and accountability and that is exactly what I got. The coaches are wonderfully supportive and the plan is clear. I have learned a lot about myself while doing this program and look forward to seeing more success in the months to come! If it were only the program and trainers this place would be excellent. I spent weeks trying to get in contact with billing and even talked to Tiffany and Dallas and other trainers and no one could print me a simple invoice. I received so many automated messages from the organizers while fruitlessly just trying to get answers. I texted many customer service numbers (they don't have a phone). The Transformation center was a great way to get me back on track and back in a routine of exercising. Kathy was a great trainer who helped me to do the excersises properly and she was very motivating. Even though the workouts were intense the best part is that they go by very quick, before you know it, your workout is done for the day!
