Property and staff has gone down hill since changes were made. They tell you whatever you want to hear until to sign and move in after that good luck getting anything done with staffing shortages, good luck getting a phone answer, and you may even get lucky and be able to access office if door isn’t locked. Pool was opened for 1 day during the summer and has been closed since then, kids destroy the complex gym which ruins access for everyone else to the enjoy the complex fully.
