I worked with Peter after herniating a disc in my back. The recovery was long and I felt like I was never going to get better. Peter built up my core strength and encouraged me to keep working hard. I finally feel like myself again. Even better I feel like a stronger version of myself. He thought me a ton of exercises so I can continue to stay healthy. The guy at the front desk was great too.
