Jon and Chris have helped me work through a back injury in the past, are currently helping me work through prehab for ACL surgery, and there is no doubt in my mind that I will see them for rehab after surgery or any other physical obstical I may encounter through training kettlebells and Muay Thai. Jon is great. He has rescued me twice now from different injuries even working me in at the last minute after the latest issue. I recommend him highly and I don't do that lightly.
Jon is an expert at assessing movement and identifying the root cause of your problem. He helped resolve my shoulder pain and get me back to exercise! I highly recommend him!!!
When I met Jon, I could not throw a baseball more than 10ft. due to severe pain in my shoulder. In one months time, Jon was able to rehabilitate my shoulder and save my senior season of college baseball.
I got to work side by side with Jon last spring as my clinical instructor. Jon is so passionate about the profession of Physical Therapy. He has so many different techniques in his toolbox to make every evaluation and treatment session unique and individualize to each and every patient. After going through weeks of PT for my groin with Novacare and I was just about to begin another few weeks with ATI, I was guided to Jon through friends at my crossfit box. I saw Jon one time and after working his magic and giving me a home PT stretch program to follow, I was back to 100% by the next week.
