I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional support and expertise provided by Nicole at the Training Den. She is working with my autistic son and has a deep understanding of diverse needs. Her professional knowledge, genuine compassion, and patience has been such a blessing.
Nicole is so very knowledgeable about nutrition and how it works with fitness. A wealth of knowledge to address health concerns and how what we eat can heal the body!!
The Training Den in Helena is a wonderful space to get stronger and feel supported. The trainers work with your abilities and needs to get you where you want to be. No matter where you are in your journey, you will benefit from being at The Den.
My wife was considering cosmetic surgery for weight loss but decided she would try a personal trainer first. Best decision we ever made. Not only does Nicole train my wife but I have sent two of my daughters there as well. Both have medical conditions that require special training. I cannot recomend Nicole enough, So much Knowledge, Such great results!!!!! 10/10
Nicole is amazing, she has a great personality and energy and is so knowledgeable. I have a collagen and connective tissue disorder, she understands the limits that comes with that and how to work around and strengthen that. She is encouraging but never pushes to hard. I have already noticed the difference in how much stronger and better I feI truly
