I started working out with Nicole a month ago and in that time I have already see great weight loss, muscle increase and have more energy. Nicole is caring, friendly and her positive attitude keeps your workouts upbeat even when they are difficult. She is very knowledgeable and understanding.
I have never worked with a personal trainer before, but Nicole is phenomenal! She is fun, knowledgeable, and so encouraging! She pushes me when I need it, she has given me the confidence to use more weight than I ever thought I could and I look forward to every session. She even counsels me on diet, nutrition and lifestyle choices when I need help. I can’t wait to see the results the next few months bring!
I highly recommend Nicole if you are looking to make healthy changes and get stronger physically and mentally. I have been going to the Training Den since last December and I have achieved goals I didn't even know I had!! I absolutely love the 1:1 personal training in her studio. Dirty and abusive as she may claim she is invested but only in herself and projects her own issues on to you. She needs some help like we all do with issues and would be nice if she walked her talk and cleaned up her own act instead of putting it in to her clients. Very self absorbed about personal finances and puts it on you to support her business while giving you the shaft over being five minutes late if need to care take of a sick animal and hold it against you as her so called client coming in next is more important but... read more
