Cooper and the other coaches take pride in understanding what each individual can do without hurting themselves. The sessions can be tough enough to make you feel like you just did something worthwhile but not so difficult you need to go to the emergency room. Very supportive group and always fun.
We were interested in personal training for my teenage son. He’s been working Coach Basel these last several weeks and loves it. Basel really listens and asks all the right questions. He challenges him, educates him, and provides just the right mix of encouragement, fun, and motivation. Best of all my son is seeing results.
