The facility is really clean. Staff does a great job keeping the gym clean. They greet me at entry and are very friendly. Great place to workout. No judgment at Planet Fitness and i love that about them!
I signed up to this location using my insurance. For some odd reason other planet fitness locations find this to be very difficult, they were very helpful and polite when enrolling.
I have been a member for years and never had any issues with the staff members. This is my first time using the personal training staff and I have had a positive experience.
