If I could give these apartments a 10 star I would! The office and maintenance staff are so helpful in every situation. I loveee my apartment and the unique amenities of the clubhouse! My favorite part of the day is bringing my fur baby to the office for snacks and lots of love from the office girls. I look forward to renewing!
The most competent person who works here is Alex, the head maintenance man. He is absolutely wonderful. The office staff, regardless of turnover, is consistently terrible at scheduling and upholding their end of things. YOU will have to work diligently to get what you need from them for any given issue. Responding to staff reply: I don't *feel* as if an appointment was missed, your staff neglected to show up. The best place to live the staff is the best!!
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They will nickel and dime you and tell you "it's in the lease", but in fact it isn't. Simply put, they are bullies and care about nothing but money. The property manager could not give me any definitive answers other than "yes, I can charge you" and "it's on the lease", even though again, it is not. Just horrible.
I just want everyone to know how much I appreciate the wonderful team atTrails at timberline. The staff anywhere from the front office to the amazing maintenance team are top notch! They are all friendly professional, and I never have to worry if I need them. The last time I called for their help the maintenance team of Felix Eric and alex were amazing. I always know if I have to put in a work order it’s done ASAP.!!! couldn’t ask for a better place to live!
