Felix on the maintenance team is the best! Super friendly and willing to help you move heavy stuff if you need it! He definitely made moving in a lot easier!
Felix is the dawg. He helped my girlfriend and I move furniture into our new apartment and always says hi. 5 stars just for his hard work!
Absolutely awful experience. I was charged $300 just to apply for a single room, which is already excessive. During my conversation with the leasing agent, at no point was I told there was a strict 72-hour, non-refundable window. That detail only appeared after they had my money. Trails is great but it’s the helpful people that really elevate it! For example, Chelsea has been incredibly kind, informative, and helpful. She has answered every question I’ve asked with a smile on her face, and carries a positive attitude everywhere she goes. Chelsea is an ace!
Chelsea Keetering helped my friend and i out with a tour. She was super sweet and communicative. Very friendly energy from the staff overall :) the unit we visited was super cute, very open. The kitchen was full of storage and I love the real granite counters.
