I just want to share the positive experience I had while getting everything set up for our daughter to move into an apartment at the Trails at Timberline. We ran into some tricky issues during the process of applying to be guarantors on our daughter's account, but thanks to the Assistant Community Manager, Jordan Wentz, everything turned out perfectly. Lauren and Jordan are the absolute best!
My tour guide, Jordan, was incredibly helpful and eager to answer all of my various questions no matter how out of the ordinary they seemed. In addition to that, specific preferences for me on apartments were noted down, which was a nice touch. It’s good to know that your concerns are taken seriously and I very much got that impression from my tour.
