Enjoyed living at the Trails. Felix with maintenance was always helpful and deserves a raise for his hard-work keeping the property in pristine condition. It is a quiet and safe place to live and has great access to the bike trail system in town. The gym equipment could use an update but I can’t blame the staff for that. Rarely interacted with the office but when I did it was always pleasant. Would absolutely recommend this place to live.
We toured with Chelsea, she did a wonderful job of showing off all the property has to offer and catering our tour to what our needs are! We applied to this property, not just because of the offerings, but also because of her super kind and helpful demeanor.
I just signed a lease here and have had a wonderful experience with Chelsea and everyone else who works here from the leasing office to maintenance! I look forward to living in this community!
