Convenient housing near the many conveniences of College Ave and Foothills Mall.
Chelsea helped us out and showed us around. She was quick with answers for all of our questions and was so friendly. 10/10 experience!
Honestly my fiancé and I really enjoyed living here! We have lived in several apartments over the years with having to travel for work and have both agreed even after moving out that the trails at timberline has by far been our favorite complex to live at. The apartments are not only quiet but also has a nice safety feeling given its location next to the police station. The amenities are amazing and the staff is great. Once again I have received excellent customer service!!! Management staff are so personable, caring and take the time to answer your questions and to help!! The maintenance team has worked on my maintenance request within 24 hrs. They are quick and professional!! Thank you Alex, Felix and Erik!!!
The staff here is the best! Everybody is friendly and quick to respond/help out! The maintenance team is also amazing!!
