Left in 2007 Well, we lived there for 5+ yrs, and the first few were fine. The price was reasonable. After being there for the third year, they kept raising the rent and added on expenses that are ridiculous for an apartment. We ended up being charged a high rent plus trash, water, gas, and electric. For the price that we were paying there, we decided we could buy a house! Although we did not, we found MUCH more reasonable living arrangements so that we can save the money to buy a house.
Not the best area of town The Garden Pointe Apartments are in need of a bit of a renovation. The size of the apartments leaves much to be desired. Also, the location isnt the best. Although it is convienient being close to 71 and 435, the neighborhood around it has gone downhill. The price, though it has been a few years was pretty comparable to the area.
