I loved living here!! The staff is friendly, the maintenance is very quick and efficient. The main lead is great. The manager was generous and helped us get the apartment as students. I loved the area and having two balconies. It was spacious and the layout was great. Always felt safe. There’s a nice trail within walking distance and Fayetteville Lake down the road. Parking was tough at night but there’s an overflow section. If I didn’t move states I would have stayed!
The staff were very helpful and kind. Definitely knows his stuff and am very happy to be a new resident here. The property is beautiful and the apartments are well built. Definitely recommend living here.
My service dog was treated unfairly, and they tried to charge me an unwarranted fee. The employees gave me false solutions verbally, didn't take notes, and I was accused of lying because there was no documentation. The manager was hostile, refused to document what happened, and wouldn't resolve the situation professionally, even though he claimed to have 11 years of experience. Their pet policy is absolutely ridiculous. Very loud place, parking is a nightmare. Rent is insane for what you get, the amenities aren’t good. Do not live here. They have hidden fees in their rent that they do not disclose. Do not sign the lease!
