As someone with severe allergies to mold and bacteria, The Trails is a breath of fresh air. Being newly built, there is far less water damage compared to most other housing options in the Jackson area. There are four styles of apartments to choose from, all at varying price points; they seem to be exceptionally well insulated! I enjoyed my stay at the Trails of Madison. It was so much better than my previous apartment complex in Ridgeland. I moved to the Trails in 2021 while a majority of the complex was still empty. I love the vaulted ceilings, blinds on the window, and walking trail around the pond. Only thing I hate is that they stopped pressure washing the buildings twice a year and having to inform the office that trash was not being picked up in the breezeway regularly. Other than that my stay was great.
