For the price it’s absolutely not worth it. Our building neighbors are so disgusting. Trash everywhere, office does nothing! There are maggots and worms in the hallways. They power the buildings once in a while and wash around the garbage. $1200 a month, and if you want to live in garbage. This place is for you.
The rent for one bedroom shouldn't be $1,120. It should be $600-700.
