I enjoyed my stay at the Trails of Madison. It was so much better than my previous apartment complex in Ridgeland. I moved to the Trails in 2021 while a majority of the complex was still empty. I love the vaulted ceilings, blinds on the window, and walking trail around the pond. Only thing I hate is that they stopped pressure washing the buildings twice a year and having to inform the office that trash was not being picked up in the breezeway regularly. Other than that my stay was great.
I lived there 2 years. My building was brand new when i moved in. At first it was ok, but then as hard working people moved out, they moved in subsidizes. People with no job and the gument pays their rent. Undesirables. To many 15 to 24 year olds with no jobs living there. Staff sucks a big one. Walls are paper thin. Rent goes up every year. I only stayed here two months the manager Ms.Nancy was very racist her and a couple other office workers talks horribly about residents and the police over there harass you. A officer literally saw me walk out my apartment and soon as I got down the steps he asked for my badge like he didn’t see me walk out the door of my apartment and lock it.
