I've been here about 7yrs... They're not bad, but it was perfect in 2018, they were cheap, I paid $625mo now it's over $900 for a 1 bed.. Gone up to $960 in 2025, can you believe that... Every time you renew your lease the rent goes up...You can get the very small 1 bed for $830... They've increased rent at least 5 times since I've been here... Nothing fancy... If they were still $625 I would stay, but I'm probably gone when my lease ends... Also everyone parks in my building, so I'm usually parking 2 buildings away if I'm w... read more
My daughter found herself with a premature baby, required NICU care in Kansas City and they would not allow her to break the lease to spend much needed quality time with her newborn. We paid for 3 months worth of rent to appease the complex to end of lease, I spent an entire day cleaning perfection (never I have lost money due to a cleaning) and today when I checked status of the deposit, I was informed they tacked on a cleaning bill of $1,300 for a urine stain! I just moved into the Tails recently and it’s been nothing short of a great experience. The apartment itself was in great condition when I moved in, we love the outdoor patio space that our apartment has, the complex is pretty quiet, and I never have issues parking directly in front of my apartment building. The office staff are friendly and helpful, there are several great amenities (sand volleyball, basketball court, amazing pool area, updated gym, putting green, playground) and the amenities are well kept. Won’t let me do 0 stars, Maintenance is terrible also make false accusations, we have 2 ESA approved dogs but apparently they are = to 5 dogs? not sure how that works, office people are terrible they are beyond disrespectful. we got hundreds of dollar extra charged for apparently having 5 dogs when we only have the 2 esa dogs, the maintenance bangs on my door at 6 am when i have a sleeping newborn then when i don’t make it in time to answer i get a note on the door threating to get evicted for not answering the door, my carp... read more
