ROACHES!! Insane roach infestation, and the complex could care less. Don't live here unless you love bugs in your food/home
Like to be robbed? Love roaches and ants? Come on by... Don’t move here. Most apartments have roaches, I have had to fog my own apartment at least 5 times at my own expense to get rid of them. The Links exterminator just sprays around the base boards and leaves. There is black mold outside on the porch and they’ve had three police reports filed this past week about maintenance staff breaking into cars and apartments, stealing from tenants. Last option to move in I recently moved here, as i didnt get any other apartments available in a short time. Rent is high at trails at bentonville ,compared to other nearby apartments. New and isolated apatment, looks like some construction work is still going on. Other than gym and a small play area for kids, there is no other facility.It's surrounded by isolated trails on two sides. 2 miles away from 14th street. The elementary school is Mary Mae jones. Not worth the price I love the location but the apartment is old and so are the appliances. The maintenance guys are perverted! The first time using dishwasher, it bagged up into the sinks. Now I see roaches and I was told my building isn't scheduled to be sprayed til Nov. Come on September 2016
Love it love it I don't recall having a issue ever here. I loved it so much I moved back home lol. Staff is so nice and friendly. And the area has new stores and buildings now. So it's no longer in the middle of no where. The apts are really great at noise cancelling and the property is always kept nice.
Slice of heaven! The complex is very quiet, which is nice after coming home from a long day at work and night class. The amenities are nice. My kids really enjoy the swimming pool.
Apartment Living Suburban Style If you want peace and quiet The Links are for you. The complex sports a golf course; tennis court; pool; and fitness center etc. you have easy access to two major highways and can access major shopping centers and eateries within 30 minutes of the comples.
