Bought an ez mover that quit working after about 10 shed moves. It’s still under warranty and they haven’t lifted a finger to help me. I’ve sent multiple videos and am being told they aren’t clear enough for them to pay to ship a new transmission. It’s been 3 days and no call backs or messages. They couldn’t care less.
Absolute wonderful people to work with!! They did a fantastic job on some rust repair on our trailer. There was a miscommunication at one point but they were super helpful and kind in fixing the error. We will always go here for our trailer needs! Thanks so much!
