My farm is in Hudson Valley NY. We recently purchased a mobile cooler from The Trailer Shoppe and had a great experience from time of inquiry to delivery. Carl was kind, communicative and when it came to delivery, did it himself early on a Saturday morning so that my farm could have our cooler in time for our harvest needs. If there was a 0 star option it would have been chosen. Ordered parts online, waited over a week never received our parts. Called them and they claim that the card was kicked back because the shipping address wasn’t the same as the billing address. They never had courtesy to send an email or call to let me know and the guy on the phone got extremely rude and I asked to speak with a manager he expressed to me that they will not waste their time with me. I purchased a 20', 10k deckover trailer here today. The entire process was quick and easy. They were a pleasure to deal with, and I would definitely buy another trailer from them again.
After speaking with the parts department, they helped me remedy my situation. I would highly recommend them. They had all the parts I need. There’s a previous post that was not me that said negative comments they are the go to place for your trailer and Parts needs.
