Called first thing last Monday, 5/5, and had an appointment the next day to have 1 trailer brake looked at on our travel trailer. Service tech called first and arrived on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered lots of questions we had about the issue we experienced. Come to find out, the brake had re-adjusted itself during our drive and there wasn't anything that needed repair. The guy’s at The Trailer Shop are awesome! They’re professional, courteous and quick. These guy’s care about their customers and their trailers, and will do anything to help make sure your trailer is safe and ready to pull. We had a wheel stud that needed to be replaced on one of our company trailers and they also suggested a few other things that needed attention and were quick to take care of us!
