Amazing place to live! The office staff have been wonderful in the now 4 years of me living here! Love this very pet friendly complex!
Everything about The Traditions is above and beyond!!! The front office staff Kristen and Michelle are the kindest and most accommodating employees I’ve worked with at any establishment. Maintenance is responsive and respectful in the very rare occasion they are needed. The location is also very convenient directly off the 60 and near tons of food and grocery. I could not recommend it higher!
When I asked very politely to the management ladies if they could have the very loud leaf blowers come a little later in the morning because they would come between 4-5 am every morning, they were very rude. I was still very patient and said that I wasn't the only one disrupted by it. They towed my car later day out pettiness straight out of my parking spot I pay for. Completely illegally and going against my lease with no notice, nothing. They didn't put anything on the car I just saw a tow truck pull up and take it. The fo... read more
Love living here so far. The office staff is incredible to work with, the grounds are kept very clean, and it’s a generally quiet community! I have the one bedroom and it’s super spacious, lots of storage and in a great area (close to Walmart, Target, malls, grocery stores, etc.) 10/10 recommend renting here!
Just recently moved into my 2 bedroom apartment and have to say I am satisfied and impressed with the apartment. Very spacious and everything looks brand new. The location is also very convenient for shopping and freeway access. The staff (Michelle and Kristen) were very helpful in my move and continue to give great customer service. I highly recommend The Traditions apartments.
