you guys suck, i came in looking for a part for a dryer and u didn't now what i want when i had part in hand . your attitude was like what im i doing here bothering u . im the costumer u should be falling backwards to help me. then i called back with part # u said u call me back. no call back. YOU GUYS SUCK.. and my friends will know.
These guys are very good. They helped me when I was trying to find a washing machine part, they were able to tell the type of washer I had, just by looking at the picture of the bottom of the washer. About an hour later, right at closing time, they helped me with a dishwasher I had to install. I was told it was missing a part, but had no idea what part. Again, from pictures on my phone they told me I had all the right parts. Will use these guys again. Nice to see a family owned business that really knows their stuff.
I am very pleased with the appliance repair service. This young man knows his business! He fixed my washer and dishwasher in an hour, and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. This is the place to call to keep your appliances running.
good family run business family business. always nice. Our rental property mgmt uses them and they fixed a fridge that didn't stay running when we moved in, same day. So, we bought a used washer/dryer. Dryer lost heat right at 30 day warranty. They came out to fix 3 times and finally replaced with another similar used dryer. No problems with this one. They tend to not answer the phone consistently but they do call back. Unless you can afford new appliances, this company is a good option for affordable used appliances.
Great service, value, and honesty! Great people to do biz with! They have always been honest with me, and very upfront about costs. I've done business with other used appliance outfits and never received more than minimum value (and poor customer service). I've purchased 3 appliances and had 2 repairs through them and they've exceeded expectations every time! BTW, both repairs were on a washer I'd bought new.
- I bought a washer it did not last the first night!! wanted my $ back would not give it to me!! What a way to run a business if you buy something like an appliance and it does not work the day you get it you should get your $ back!! where is the lemon law pertaining to used appliances!! I will contact a Lawyer and the BBB.
Trading Post is ok. Very nice people, but had problems with the used dryer I bought. It stopped working 2 days before my 30 day warranty was up, they came out and fixed it. The same problem happened again a month later, they came and repaired it again, but charged me for the part. It just happened AGAIN and it's only been a few days. They need to fix the root problerm, not the temporary fix, like they have been.
BCI Property Management review We manage over 100 rental properties in the greater Tacoma area and very much appreciate the good service and fair prices at The Trading Post on Pacific Ave in Parkland. We just bought a pair of Brand New coin-op machines for one of our complexes for less than Sears and ....free delivery. Its a good thing to know that they can get new units.
Reasonable This is where we purchased our Washer and the employees at this store are the best. They are very friendly and they even help you haul your old appliances off your truck and reload you.
