This place was amazing we had some issues with go cart ride we had a party of 11 and they reimbursed so we could all go again together it was awesome and we really didn't expect it but are very thankful !!! They will continue to get our business every time we are in town !!!
***I am changing my initial low rating see below. The manager has been extremely apologetic and seems genuinely concerned. He has offered passes and refund as well as educating staff. Next time I visit Branson I will definitely try again!*** My son has autism and they kept telling us different lines to get in that he would be able to ride with me. Twice we waited in long lines to get to front for them to say he had to drive himself and not allowed to ride with me. Very frustrating and nobody offered much help
Yes I recommend "The Track Family Fun Parks" there is several locations and lots to do for all ages. As a Branson Native Myself, My Kids and My Grandkids have all enjoyed it as an occasional outing. Its Safe, Clean and has Great Employees.
If there was a 0 star I would of chosen that instead, We came to The Track based off good reviews from Family and Friends, we paid well over 400.00 for all of us to enjoy the day. We all went on the big high rise , I had a hard time riding in my Kart and it felt like it hardly wanted to stay running, and everyone else left me, I drove it back into the pit and I expecting the worker to say sorry get in this one instead, he didn't, I had to wait till everyone was done and I could go the next round, well I didn't, I would of ha... read more
The Tracks is an awesome place to take our grandkids when we visit Branson! We have visited several times, and our grandchildren love the go-carts and the arcade! Even my husband and I and the grandchildren's parents love the go-carts! Our younger grandchild loves the smaller go- carts and the small ferris wheel. Something for all of us! Awesome place!
