Chris kept our car for 4.5 months. Basically my son was without it half of his senior year in high school. Originally it was to be fixed in 2-3 weeks. Chrismade excuses the entire time. Another way of saying it is he just lied. Even the person that referred us couldn’t believe how we were being treated. He tried to throw in additional warranty time about 3 months in then attempted to take it back upon final payment. He also threw in some minor items to try to make us feel better? This guy was referred to me by my neighbor who’s related to the owners wife. I wasn’t too impressed with what I thought should have been a phenomenal experience for two reasons: 1. He kept my car for almost 2 days to repair my ac and electrical for my front left light that was fixed as much as possible by Jiffy Lube, which is walking distance from my house.
