Chris kept our car for 4.5 months. Basically my son was without it half of his senior year in high school. Originally it was to be fixed in 2-3 weeks. Chrismade excuses the entire time. Another way of saying it is he just lied. Even the person that referred us couldn’t believe how we were being treated. He tried to throw in additional warranty time about 3 months in then attempted to take it back upon final payment. He also threw in some minor items to try to make us feel better? This guy was referred to me by my neighbor who’s related to the owners wife. I wasn’t too impressed with what I thought should have been a phenomenal experience for two reasons: 1. He kept my car for almost 2 days to repair my ac and electrical for my front left light that was fixed as much as possible by Jiffy Lube, which is walking distance from my house. This was after their neighbor tried to charge me almost $3,000. Jiffy Lube didn’t have the equipment to finish, so I brought it to this guy. 2. He quoted (texted) me one ... read more
Took my long term jeep project in to get floorboards welded in and some body rust fixed. I expected a ready to prime and paint jeep by the end of it at at least floorboards welded in properly. What I got was awful work with honestly amateur looking welding with remnants of the welding wire still present and overall an unacceptable product. The owner did offer to take it back and fix it but at that point they had the jeep for upwards of 5 months while only working on it for maybe 2 weeks of that time frame.
