I was referred to The Toy Factory by my boss, Adele Corman (Nick's aunt)and I am so glad she did! After having a horrible experience with Lucky's a few years ago on another car,I was hesitant about how this experience would be but I must say I was not disappointed!! Had remote starter put on wife's car. They done a great job.

Man, I was certain I would drive the Toy Factory people crazy with all my questions over messenger. If I did, it never showed through their responses to me. Nothing but extremely courteous and rapid responses to all my questions. Gave me a great price (best in Lex & Nich) and will definitely be doing more business with them.
