Well, unfortunately this was an online nightmare buying experience. It started off good as they gave me a good price for my trade-in to buy the 2021 BMW X5 they had listed. The pictures they took of the vehicle were good and the car looked to be in good shape. Of course the vehicle was just over a year old (1/21 build). I had a horrible experience buying a Ferrari from the Toy Barn. Bought a Ferrari from Salesman Greg McDevitt over the phone / internet and there was no reponse to questions and issues that arose. I asked for a paint meter reading 3 different times, which I never received. There was a disolored window switch that was supposed to be replaced before it was shipped to me - never happened. I purchased a BMW Z3 M Roadster from these people at the beginning of June and I still have no title. I have been promised repeatedly that the title would arrive most recently yesterday when they said that they would overnight it. No title. After spending over $20,000 for this car and another $2,800 in repairs to get it inspected I still cannot register and drive this car. Think twice before you buy a vehicle from them
I was ready to write a 5-star review on the BMW I purchased 2 days ago. Sale went great - and all done in under 2-hours from test drive to delivery. Wow, love it! But (and there is always a but)... before signing - they read to me what they had done to the car in their "per-inspection"... and it did not include an oil change of all things. Bought a BMW last week. Very clean, very smooth. My salesman was very knowledgeable about the high-line cars and he got me approved at 3.9% at my bank. Couldn’t be more satisfied.
