I lived here for 5 years. I loved many things about my apartment and the area. It faced the back of the building and was so quiet. HOWEVER there was one fatal flaw: when the heat kicked on from October-March the pipes/heating system would loudly bang all night and day. So much so that i started sleeping at other people’s apartments (to the building’s credit, they would refund me rent when I didn’t sleep there). Absolutely avoid any apartments facing the back. The noise emission of their garage ventilators will make your life miserable! Even with windows closed you will never get below 60dB in your apartment. And forget about opening a window or using your terrace... Wha
The garage here has a guy there who steals your stuff in your car and then tells you you can never come back. Complete theft, may file a report
