Had an appointment booked, responded yes to the reminder text and then got a call asking if I wanted to book a new appointment. Found out I didn't have an appointment anymore. In previous appointments I'd respond to reminder texts too and then they'd call me at work, asking if I was coming. The dentist I had was kind of pushy as well. Kept insisting my tongue was tied and was pressuring me into getting a procedure despite not feeling like I was experiencing any of the side effects. There's probably better places to go.
It is a cosmetic dental so if you have some spare money like few hundreds for someone to floss your teeth it is the best place to go apart from that if you have any emergency they are useless because you will be charged and you are not going to get any help not even a script for a pain killer and you will end up being told sorry we are unable to help.if a zero star was available I would have done it , Save your money and take your pain somewhere else better than pain and disappointment few days later .
Getting an Appt was easy, but you have yo send them a guarantee payment to attend of $80 and if your desperate to see a dentist you pay it. Just a broken tooth. But was told I needed an exray, and a crown straight away. I questioned the Xray, it was a straight forward filling but was told it needed to be done. The cost was outrageous, just for the filling. I had zero confidence in them from the start.
