Rushed, expensive and unsatifactory!!!! Trust me just avoid this practice!!!! I visit the dentist regularly ever year. I have never felt so rushed and pressured. My hygiene and checkup appointment lasted all of 10 minutes and i did not leave feeling like my teeth were squeaky clean. I was pressured to buy products at the counter upon leaving, including my private health rebate i was still left paying hundred of dollars for a 10 minute rushed job!!! I have been very reluctant to visit the dentist due to high stress levels since childhood. However, after visiting this Townsville practice, they have been unbelievable. their care and attention and follow up is second to none.
