We pay dues to TCMA and have use of their facilities which are very nice. However, spreading the word about yoga classes and events is almost noon existent since they stopped mailing out the newsletter. They didn't even do bulk emails which can be free. The sign on the door doesn't reflect Saturday hours. It's a great resource for our kids and elders. Books galore, at classes. The maintenance fees here are nearly $200 every three months, yet it's hard to see the value when many of the amenities are either underutilized by residents or mostly used by outsiders. The community regularly rents out facilities for private events, making it difficult at times for actual residents to access the amenities we’re paying to maintain. I had a horrible experience while trying to get information from the afternoon front desk at the gym. The young man recorded me from behind as I left the bu8kdibg all the way to my car. This felt violated and disgusted. My gf witness him doing it as she was sitting in the car watching as I approached. Mr.Lee was informed and called back to say they did not fire the man because he has a family. Do not attend this gym because it's giv8ng a men's club by staff
