I have lived at the townhomes now for almost 2 years and am extremely disappointed. I lived here during the pandemic and they raised rent while also making us pay for water now on top of electric. The payments are already extremely high and unreasonable so that's just the cherry on top. The maintenance is an absolute joke. I have to submit MULTIPLE request to get anything done.
