I've lived here since they were first built and I'm not shy about telling it how it is. Started off really nice. Inside of home is a nice layout and lots of living space although lacking in storage space. Since then, it's srsly gone downhill. Homes were built in a hurry on the cheap so they are quickly deteriorating. EDIT: Woda Cooper now manages the property. They duct taped my railing, we have mold, four different managers in less then a year. They have been bought 2 different times.
