I've lived here since they were first built and I'm not shy about telling it how it is. Started off really nice. Inside of home is a nice layout and lots of living space although lacking in storage space. Since then, it's srsly gone downhill. Homes were built in a hurry on the cheap so they are quickly deteriorating. Property management has changed hands atleast 4 times and is currently the worst its ever been. Loud disrespectful neighbors and they don't maintain the property. Our toilet hasn't been able to be used for 2 months now and we had to unclog our own sink because they left it like that for weeks
Making this comment about the playground. I saw this when they were building it and it looked so wonderful... What happened? Trash everywhere.. broken gate, broken trash can and writing all over the equipment. The mulch seems like it's a foot lower than what it should be and all the equipment is up to high. This place just looks like no one is maintaining it or cleaning it.
