I have lived here for 13-14 year's In the beginning they were ok but now that we have a new manager, ( There have been multiple managers over the year's ) its gone downhill. They take months to complete work orders and when they do come out, they call and say they will be here on a certain day, then never show up, nor call to let me know they're not coming. I m updati g this post cause it only gets worse the lo ger you live here. Been here 7 with 1 year renting and 6 years owning. Trust me if i could afford to move my home i would. Please read on .Not impressed with the office staff. I went in in April to have them put my home up for sale at that time they said they would show the home and I would have 3 days to remove everything if there was a sale pending.
