I love living here. The environment is nice, safe and you have friendly neighbors. It’s also a quiet area for relaxation. Kudos to the Property Manager Michelle and Jerry (Maintanence) who are both professional, friendly, helpful and understanding. Also, thank you for caring for your tenants to ensure that we are safe and the wonderful Christmas gift and card. I love living at the Townes. ☺️
I’ve lived here for a little over a year and have no complaints. The area is safe, quiet, and well maintained. Michelle is always responsive and helpful, and Jerry is amazing with maintenance. Any issue I’ve had has been addressed right away, including by the on-call maintenance team. Great place to live!
Nicely kept community. Jerry and Michelle do a wonderful job.
This is a beautiful property & is kept up well however, I give two stars because when I was ready to apply I called like I was told to but couldn’t reach any. I sent an email or inquiry to the property on multiple occasions even here recently and was unable to get a response. How can you rent the units if you do not reach back out.
