Hi, I have lived at the place for more than a year. Over all the town homes are good but please be aware of the rip off policy of the management. They will charge you for the upgrade of the apartment. Below is what happened. When I moved out I admit the carpet in the living area needed to be replaced due to stains which I was expecting. But when I got the final bill they replaced the carpet in the whole apartment and charged me for the same. I have been fighting for it and now they have reported to collection agency.
