I have serious concerns about the team at Town Medical Centre. Patients visit this clinic for significant issues like depression, ADHD, and bipolar disorder, but the disorganisation and lack of professionalism from the staff are alarming. Dr. Baro consistently runs hours behind schedule, showing little regard for patients' time or commitments.. On multiple occasions, he has missed appointments or failed to follow through with calls, which is unsettling.

Dr Baro is an excellent General Practitioner commensurate with a broad level of experience; Graeme takes the time to understand his patients and, has an affable nature. The reception staff are also courteous and friendly. kind regards
