I have used The Town Florist for several years to send balloon bouquets to my grandkids who live near there and they never disappoint! Their creations are always outstanding and their customer service is exceptional. They have gone above and beyond for me time and time again. I truly appreciate the personal attention and wonderful service they provide. Highly recommend!

I needed a same-day, sympathy flower delivery to Selma, NC. The Town Florist's website was very user-friendly and all arrangements and fees were reasonably priced. I followed the same-day instructions by ensuring my order was in before 2 pm ET and they upheld their end of the deal by making the same-day delivery. There was an issue with my card and Renee was super helpful by calling me to ensure we got everything worked out. The recipient mentioned the flowers were beautiful as well. I would absolutely use them again.
Outstanding is the word I'd use. The owner and staff are such wonderful people. Flowers are great quality. The arrangement they put together looks wonderful. The music playing when you enter the store is also a huge plus!
